Do you know the way to keep the thickness of iPhone XR is as same as that of the original after changing a new back glass? Maybe you know how to replace the back glass, but do not know how to make the thickness be the same as the original.
So today, we would like to show you how to do it.
Now, let’s begin.
First, laser the back glass.
We put the whole phone into Blue Light Laser Separation Machine to laser the back glass so that we can easily remove the back glass, by then.
Second, back glass removing.
The master will use a blade and a sharp knife to remove the back glass.
The back glass is very easy to be separated after doing laser. That’s why we choose to use blue light laser machine to separate the back glass. It can reduce the tear down difficulty of iPhone.
This is the final effect after taking apart the back glass.
Third, Cleaning.
Before cleaning black things. We should clean the glass around the edge with a small tool.
Once done, we continue to clean black things with clean cloth and alcohol.
Now, we’ve already clean up black things and finally there are many glue remaining. These glues are really useful because they are the key point to keep the same thickness as the original one.
Forth, new glue adding.
Here we add new glue around the phone body and blank place without glue.

Fifth, install a new back glass.
Stick a new back glass on the phone and use four clamping tool to hold the pressure.
The total replacement has been finished now. This is the final effect which the phone looks like as perfect as the original one.
